![]() The tech today said my hardware was running slower than it should be, performance wise, but checked my system and said technically it’s more than enough to run the program. ![]() ![]() ![]() Same error code, back to where we started. Wait until todayĪnother hour plus with tech support, he uses a third party remote program (Revo?) while remoting in to my laptop, manually removes every scrap of licensing software from my laptop. Same code, no worky, the techs have gone home, cool. Called tech support, they remoted in, did a bunch of stuff, removed the licensing and ran an update, reinstalled the licensing and voila, bingo bango it’s working. Came up with an error code, would not open the program. All with Insite tech support babysitting me. I purchased a new license a month ago (good for a year).
